I make delicious, authentic Asian food inspired by the meals I enjoyed while growing up in Singapore. Over the past 6 years, I am proud that the soups, noodles and noodle bowls which I have created have been invited to the table in over 6 million homes and are available on the shelves of some of the best grocers in the country, like Whole Foods.

The ramen in the Teriyaki Ramen Stir Fry Kit, while pre-cooked for convenience, maintains the ideal al dente texture throughout the stir-frying process. The rice noodles in the gluten-free Pad Thai Stir Fry Kit are made with aged rice to achieve that perfect bounce and come from a third-generation family run operation in my homeland of Singapore.
It took over two years and dozens of taste tests to get the right balance of flavors — and now these kits are finally ready to go.
